Made of a durable, lightweight, paintable, washable, vacuum thermoformed high impact polymer plastic.
Size
All tile are 23 3/4"x 23 3/4" square.
Colors
Standard color is white. Tiles may be painted any color. Color plastic is available upon special order - almost any color can be matched. There is a minimum order quantity of 1000 tiles for custome color tiles. Inquire for prices.
Painting
Tiles and moldings may be painted. An oil based paint is recommended as some water based paints will not bond properly. Primer is not needed since oil based paints bond well with the plastic.
Water based paint may be used if the tiles are first primed with a proper oil based primer.
Metallic colors such as silver, brass, gold and copper are available.
Coffer Tiles
The EXECUTIVE and COVINGTON patterns are coffer patterns, not suitable for application to solid surfaces. They are used in a suspended grid ceiling system. (The "Executive" projects 1 3/4" and the "Covington" 1" above the ceiling.)
Filler Panels
Filler Panels are ceiling tiles with a minimum pattern that lends itself to cutting and trimming. These tiles are used along the perimeter of a room to fill in between the primary tile layout and the wall.
Decorative Strips
Decorative strips are used to cover the joints between tiles and add a final finishing touch to the ceiling system. They have an embossed dot and dash pattern and are furnished with an applied adhesive tape. Peel the paper backing off and place over the tile joints.
Decorative strips can also be used with crown molding. They are applied over the bottom flange of the molding on the wall. They are used with suspended grid systems as well. They are applied to the exposed flange of the tee.
Fire Rated Tile
Fire rated tiles are produced from an alloy plastic sheet that is self-extinguishing when a flame is removed. Specifications are available.
Molding
Cornice moldings are a finishing touch that adds interest and beauty to any room. They are available in four patters: Caroline, Arch, Classic, and Egg & Dart. Cornice moldings are 48" long. Inside and outside corners are used to complete the installation.
Suspended Ceilings
Tiles are 23 3/4"x 23 3/4" square and will drop into a 2'x 2' exposed "T" ceiling grid system. Decorative strips are available to apply to the exposed "T."
A 2'x 4' grid system can be converted to a 2'x 2' by adding 24" cross tees. The 48" tee bars are already punched to receive the 24" cross tees.
The FLORENTINE, DIXIE and ROSETTE are suitable for suspended ceiling application if a fiber tile or piece of sheet rock is laid on top otherwise they will sag slightly.

Orders may be telephoned in, faxed, emailed or mailed. Print out an order form or get a price for your project by faxing or emailing the dimensions and we will prepare a suggested ceiling plan drawing and a complete estimate for all items needed to do the job.
Shipping
Shipping will be determined at the time of order.
Packaging
Brown corrugated cartons are used for packaging. On motor freight shipment cartons are loaded on pallets. There is a $10.00 packaging charge on all orders except sample kits.

Payment is due in full upon ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and personal checks.
Return Merchandise
These tiles and moldings are made to order for the customer and are not "stock" items. Because of this we are unable to accept return merchandise.
