Terms and Conditions
 

- Jade Enterprises, Inc. can translate between English and Spanish and Spanish and English.

- Jade Enterprises, Inc. will translate most texts, but reserves the right to refuse certain texts for any reason.

- Possible customers may ask for a cost estimate for the translation first. This estimate is free.

- Jade Enterprises, Inc. prefers to translate electronic or typed texts. Hand-written texts may be accepted, however an additional charge will be added depending on legibility of the text. All translations, electronic, printed, or hand-written, will be returned to the customer in electronic form.

- Jade Enterprises, Inc. requires the client to include a list of specialized terms and defintions of these terms pertaining to his/her particular area of expertise that may not be known by the translator.

- Jade Enterprises, Inc. takes pride in translating texts without changes in meaning. However, because of significant differences in languages, translations from one language to another cannot be perfect.   Jade Enterprises, Inc.  will make every effort to translate the text as closely to the original document as possible.

- The client has the right to ask for a deadline for the translation to be completed. Jade Enterprises, Inc. will do its best to meet the deadline agreed upon by Jade Enterprises, Inc.  and the client. However, Jade Enterprises, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages due to technical problems, natural disasters, or problems beyond the control of Jade Enterprises, Inc. . If there is a delay, Jade Enterprises, Inc.  will contact the client immediately.

- Jade Enterprises, Inc. will correct the following errors free of charge: obvious mistranslation, omission of words and/or phrases, spelling or grammatical mistakes. Jade Enterprises, Inc. must receive written notification of the error(s) within ten (10) days following delivery of the translated document. If the client does not report any issue with the translation within 10 days after delivery of the text, the translation is considered approved by the client.

- Any information translated by Jade Enterprises, Inc. shall be confidential. Jade Enterprises, Inc.  shall not disclose any information to any person other than authorized employees of Jade Enterprises, Inc. and the client that Jade Enterprises, Inc. is working with.

- In no event will Jade Enterprises, Inc. be liable to the client for any damages, claims or costs, or any consequential, indirect, incidental damages, or any lost profits or lost savings
